In this case study, Conversion Digital was commissioned to takeover the Lavish Alice affiliate program. The campaign had previously been managed by another agency.
Coversion Digital performed an affiliate audit on the activity to date. A full affiliate audit allowed us to then focus on COS, AOV, Conversion and the brand strategy moving forward.
Conversion Digital removed irrelevant affiliates and optimised key affiliates, whilst introducing cost barriers through tiered commissions. The clients’ brand values identified that incentivised publishers were detrimental to the brand image, so there was a core focus on content.
